Terms and Conditions: –

  1. In case of any unprecedented hike in hotel charges or other service charges, the company, Andaman Orient Holidays will collect the same from the clients.
  2. During the trip from beginning to end, you should follow the instructions & timing given by the assigned Tour Coordinator by Andaman Orient Holidays from time to time to provide you a better service. You should reach & get into the vehicle on time given by the Tour Coordinator is the final time. I f you are late for any reason, then you are taking the responsibility if ferry is missed or sightseeing point is closed or any mishap happensdue to the same. Still you have any doubt regarding the final time given to you, you can clear with your Tour Coordinator over phone or personally.
  3. Hotel A/C Rooms Applicable for 2 persons staying together, sharing the same room with extra bed if applicable.
  4. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.
  5. As mentioned in INCLUDES IN THIS PACKAGE is applicable, other than that will be charged.
  6. Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on an availability of hotels mentioned.
  7. During the trip, Please hold the Identity Card at Air Port, Ferry Jetty, Hotels etc. which will help the people to identify you all the time
  8. Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to bad weather or load restriction. Hotels do not provide any refund if your rooms are cancelled due to non sailing caused by bad weather or any technical issues or any governmental issues. We can arrange your alternative accommodation if you are ready to pay for the same.
  9. We will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of Ferry.
  10. We are not responsible for any loss of any valuable things during the trip, Please take care of baggage counts all time.
  11. It is advisable to follow the instruction by tour coordinator on time to time
  12. The private cruise ferry or govt. ferry schedule is arranged by the management team of concerned department. So you should abide by that rule & should reach the harbor 45 minutes before the departure time of ferry.
  13. If ferry is missed due to late coming at harbour then another ferry will be arranged on next schedule timing on the same day if available on full ticket fare if party agree to pay& if the seats are available. Otherwise there is no option to reach Havelock & Neil island & we are not responsible in any way for refund of unused services or alternative arrangement on the same price for your hotels booked over there.
  14. The vehicles are used as non disposal basis for the sightseeing points only. The cab will drop you to the sightseeing points & take you back at given timing time to time & you will have to follow that. Cab will not wait for you until the point visited.
  15. If you want your cab will wait for you only until the point visited completely then you should inform us when making booking confirmation with us.
  16. If you are using the cab for outside dinner then you have to pay minimum Rs.500/- & more if your hotels are very far from the dinner point.
  17. If cab is waiting for your shopping without prior intimation & discussion with driver, then spot charge is Rs. 500/-
  18. Due to natural calamity or any govt. issues, if some points remain close then we will not be responsible for any refund as everything is arranged before the trip start & part of the package is not breakable for refund particular part cost. Instead we will arrange alternative trip if possible for the same price booked, otherwise extra charges will be collected directly to arrange that trip.
  19. During the bad weather condition, update on the next day trip will be given previous night or on the same day morning of the trip date by the coordinator at the respective islands regarding the operation or closure of any sightseeing point.
  20. On the departure date we don’t include any sightseeing in the itinerary. Client have to check out the hotel as per the hotel policy. If there is late flight you have to wait at the hotel lobby or visit some nearby sightseeing by your own or you can take some extra tour with us by paying directly.
  21. Our company (Andaman Orient Holidays) will generate the invoice for receiving payment only after discussing with the clients & finalizing each & every things mentioned the package from our side. And after receiving the payment the package is considered as the final package & before that all the packages sent are not considered as everything corrected until discussion with clients.
  22. If you are booking the package with flight, then you should pay instantly within 15 minutes, when the package is updated & mailed to you. If you are late for making payment & if the flight fare increases then you have to pay the difference amount, as the flight fare may change in a minute.
  23. Before the 2nd day trip starts, you should pay the full remaining amount of your package to the assigned person & should inform to your concerned representative for smooth operation of your trip.
  24. Client/party will be himself/ themselves, responsible if any problem arises or flight cancelled due to not paying the balance amount on time & waiting for the last day.
  25. Delay of Any Payment, Tour Package won’t be processed as per the procedure.If delayed in any reason, it’s your (client himself/themselves) responsibility to clear the balance amount before the departure date for the smooth operation of airport drop for return journey.
  26. If flight missed for not clearing the balance amount & negotiation on the last moment, then client (himself/themselves) is fully responsible & Andaman Orient Holidays is not liable for the same in any way.
  27. If any dispute arises in any way, can be settled before the departure date with the concerned department.
  28. If any legal issue arises, will be settled only in Andaman & Nicobar jurisdiction in any circumstances.

Cancelation & Refund Policy: –
If you Cancel your Holiday, Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request, provided all necessary information and documentation are provided.
You may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking is must. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges Of Land Package:
After the booking amount received, cancellation at any point is charged 20% of total amount if hotels are booked, otherwise 10%.
Cancellation charge : 25% of total amount , if cancelled 30 days or more before the arrival date
Cancellation charge : 40% of total amount , if cancelled within 29- 20 days before the arrival date
Cancellation charge : 70% of total amount , if cancelled within 19 – 10 days before the arrival date
Cancellation charge : 100% of total amount , if cancelled after 10 days before the arrival date.

Airline cancellation charge:
Airline cancellation charge Each sector Rs 3500/- As per airline cancellation policy from time to time & Rs 500/- per sector per person is charged as service charge from our side.
Hotel Cancellation charge:
As per Hotel Policy from time to time. After the booking amount received, cancellation of hotels is charged 15% as service charge from our side, rather than hotel cancellation policy.
